Welcome to MagicCost Planner. By accessing or using our website at magiccostplanner.com and our application at app.magiccostplanner.com (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service Provides

MagicCost Planner is a vacation planning and budgeting tool designed to help you plan trips to Walt Disney World. The Service allows you to organize dining, hotels, tickets, park days, and other trip details while automatically tracking your estimated costs.

2. Accounts

To use MagicCost Planner, you must create an account using your email address or Google sign-in. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Providing accurate account information.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Free trial — new users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start.
• Lifetime access — after the trial, you can purchase lifetime access for a one-time payment of $39.99 (USD).
• What "lifetime" means — you get access to the Service for as long as it is operational. This does not guarantee the Service will exist indefinitely.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices may change for new customers, but your purchase locks in your access at the price you paid.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with MagicCost Planner for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. Refund requests after 30 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without our written permission.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service.
• Upload harmful content, malware, or anything that could damage the Service or other users' experience.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the trip planning data you enter into MagicCost Planner. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We use your data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disney Disclaimer

MagicCost Planner is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. All Disney-related trademarks, names, and images are the property of The Walt Disney Company. Pricing and availability information displayed in the app is sourced from publicly available data and may not always be accurate or up to date.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep MagicCost Planner available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MagicCost Planner and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service (i.e., up to $39.99).

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the pricing data, park information, or cost estimates in the app are accurate or complete.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@magiccostplanner.com. If your account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, you are not entitled to a refund.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in accordance with applicable U.S. law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
